Natalia Gavrilita served as the Prime Minister of Moldova from August 2021 to February 2023, leading the country through overlapping crises triggered by Russia’s war in Ukraine while advancing Moldova’s path toward European Union membership. Under her leadership, Moldova secured EU candidate status, managed one of the highest per-capita refugee inflows in Europe, and implemented wide-ranging energy and governance reforms. Previously, she served as Minister of Finance, overseeing fiscal stabilization and anti-corruption initiatives. Earlier in her career, she directed investments at the Global Innovation Fund in London and worked with international development organizations on economic growth and social innovation. She holds a law degree from Moldova State University and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
David Vigneault served as the 9th Director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) from 2017 to 2024. With a career spanning various roles in Canada's national security apparatus, including Assistant Secretary to the Cabinet for Security and Intelligence at the Privy Council Office and positions within the Canada Border Services Agency and the Department of National Defence, Vigneault has been at the forefront of addressing foreign interference, economic espionage, and cyber threats.
Paul Kolbe was the Director of the Intelligence Project at the Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center for Science and International Relations. He was Director for Intelligence and Analysis at BP where he built an enterprise-wide intelligence capability focused on geo-political threat, strategic cyber threats and support to commercial operations. Clients included C-suite leadership, global business units, security networks and legal teams. Prior to this role, Paul served 25 years in the CIA's Directorate of Operations in a variety of foreign and domestic roles including as Chief of Station, Chief/Central Eurasia Division and Balkans Group Chief. His overseas assignments included operational and leadership roles in the former Soviet Union, the Balkans, Southeast Asia, Southern Africa and Central Europe. He was a member of the Senior Intelligence Service and is a recipient of the Intelligence Medal of Merit and the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal.

Valeriy Kondratyuk is a highly decorated Ukrainian military leader who has served as the Head of both the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine (SZR) and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (HUR). His career has been defined by his leadership during a period of intense geopolitical conflict, where he played a central role in shaping Ukraine's intelligence and defense strategies in response to foreign aggression. Kondratyuk's expertise in military intelligence and wartime operations has been critical in enhancing Ukraine's resilience and its ability to counter complex threats.
Darius Jauniskis has served as the Director of Lithuania's State Security Department (VSD) since 2015, leading the country's intelligence service through a period of heightened regional tensions. Prior to this role, he commanded Lithuania's Special Operations Forces and served as defense attaché to the United States and Canada. With extensive experience in national security and intelligence operations, Jauniskis has been instrumental in modernizing Lithuania's approach to countering hybrid threats and state-sponsored intelligence activities targeting Baltic states.
Susan Miller is a seasoned and active expert in intelligence and national security, with a career dedicated to enhancing the United States' capabilities in counterintelligence and strategic threat assessment. Her work has significantly contributed to the development of policies and frameworks that address the complexities of modern hybrid warfare and its implications for both governmental and private sectors. Susan has been Chief of Station Middle East, East Asia, Assistant Director of counter-intelligence prior to becoming Associate Deputy Director of Operations.
Lieutenant General (Ret.) Rob Bertholee spent most of his career in the military and retired in 2011 as the Chief of the Royal Netherlands Army. Upon retirement he was asked to take charge of the Netherlands General Intelligence and Security Service (AIVD), where he served as the director general for seven years. During that period, the AIVD was instrumental in reinforcing the cooperation between the various European security services in order to become more effective in combating terrorism and substantially reinforcing cyber capabilities. In 2004, he received the Gold Cross of Honour of the German Bundeswehr and became Officer of the Order of Orange-Nassau with Swords in 2011.
